Entry Fees: General

All entry fees must be in U.S. dollars and must accompany the entry form. Make checks or money orders payable to "AVC INC." We also accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA.

To qualify for a "Member" rate, the AVC Membership Application must accompany the entry form.

To qualify for the student rate (50% of the regular entry fee), the entrant must have obtained unit credit for the project. Proof of student status at the time the project was produced must accompany the entry form.

• Film, Videotape, Photo CD, Videowall,
  Computer-based (non-interactive) and preliminary Multi Image
  AVC MEMBER: $90. NON-MEMBER: $130.
• Interactive Multimedia, Websites, CD-ROMS
  AVC MEMBER: $130. NON-MEMBER: $170.
• Slide, Filmstrip, Audio and Technical Artistic Crafts
  AVC MEMBER: $80. NON-MEMBER: $110.
• Multi-Image (If advanced to Blue Ribbon, original format materials and the following slide tray fees will be required.)

Return Fees

U.S. entrants: If you would like your entry returned, be sure to include a return shipping label and a $15.00 return fee.

International Entrants: If you would like your program submission returned, please include a completed, prepaid airbill (no additional fee required).
